Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and packed either on the day that they are received or the next business day.  Deliveries are then dispatched every business day (Mon-Fri) at approximately 11:30am, other than on public holidays.

Orders placed after 11:30am (Sydney EST/EDT) on a Friday or over the weekend shall be dispatched on Monday morning or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a public holidays.

If an email address was provided with your order then you shall receive an email notification following your items dispatch.

We reserve the right to make changes to our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes to our shipping policy shall be made on this page and shall only apply to purchases made after the date of such changes.

Whenever mentioned a Business Day/s or Working Day refers to a Monday-Friday and excludes public holidays.

Shipping method and times:
All merchandise is currently shipped from our fulfillment center in Sydney Australia. At this time orders are not able to be collected directly from this location.

Due to COVID there has been cancellations and reductions in flights from Australia to the US. At this time the quoted delivery times are 5-14 Business days. While we do everything in our power to expedite deliveries please understand that delays are currently out of our control due to these unusual times.

All deliveries are insured however only orders over $100 in value shall have a tracking number issued.

Note: When waiting for your item please be mindful of other factors that are out of our control that may delay your delivery. These include public holidays, Christmas and New Year’s time, as well as natural weather events such as heavy snow fall and blizzards.

Shipping to a different address:
If you wish to arrange your purchase to be shipped to an address other than your normal address we are happy to do this. It shall however be the purchaser’s responsibility to clearly place your preferred delivery details into the correct area of the form when completing your order.

Should you realize after completing your order that the delivery details need to change you can email us immediately after your purchase with your order details and clear instructions as to any amendments. Please note that if you advise us at least 30min before the dispatch times stated above then we shall be able to update your address before dispatch.

Please carefully check your order & delivery address are correct:
Upon completion of your order, you shall receive an email confirming your order. This email shall have the complete details of your order, including the items you purchased and the delivery details provided.

Please check this email carefully to ensure that your order and delivery address are correct. If you find that there is any error please email us immediately after your purchase with your order details and clear instructions as to any amendments. Please note that if you advise us at least 30min before the dispatch times stated above then we shall be able to correct any errors and update your address if required before dispatch.

Duty and Customs Charges:

International customers: Please be aware that additional fees or charges may apply to bringing goods into your country.

Whilst most items shall be delivered promptly and without customs agencies charging additional fees or valued added taxes it is important to understand that every country has different policies which may change from time to time.

You agree when making a purchase through our site that you are solely responsible for any such knowledge or payment of fees should they be applicable.
